What would you do
- Monitor the status of programs and projects on a regular basis and to varying levels of detail according to audience.
- To ensure the timely and accurate production of program status reports for PMO and senior management.
- Quality and Assurance and control over Program/Project execution and outcomes including initial point of review for governance packs, prioritization challenges, cost & resourcing correction points.
- Ensure smooth operations of the projects.
- Maintain documentation of changes to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and identify dependency implications.
- Work with the team and business users to establish the SOP for operations and services.
- Plan and manage project resources.
- Develop and refine core technology processes such as SDLC, test management, penetration testing, and production release governance.
- Implement process frameworks that enhance delivery efficiency, reduce risks, and improve overall system reliability.
- Strengthen operational workflows for tech support to ensure clear escalation paths and smooth incident resolution.
- Ensuring project governance model/principles are actively documented, promoted and implemented effectively.
Who should join us
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Agile Scrum / Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project and program management tools and techniques, including planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
- Proven experience working with financial products and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a structured and dynamic environment.
