Senior Specialist, Project Management

What would you do

• Monitor the status of programs and projects on a regular basis and to varying levels of detail according to audience.
• To ensure the timely and accurate production of program status reports for PMO and senior management.
• Quality and Assurance and control over Program/Project execution and outcomes including initial point of review for governance packs, prioritization challenges, cost & resourcing correction points.
• Ensure smooth operations of the projects.
• Maintain documentation of changes to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and identify dependency implications.
• Work with the team and business users to establish the SOP for operations and services.
• Plan and manage project resources.
• Develop and refine core technology processes such as SDLC, test management, penetration testing, and production release governance.
• Implement process frameworks that enhance delivery efficiency, reduce risks, and improve overall system reliability.
• Strengthen operational workflows for tech support to ensure clear escalation paths and smooth incident resolution.
• Ensuring project governance model/principles are actively documented, promoted and implemented effectively.

Who should join us

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Agile Scrum / Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management tools and techniques, including planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
• Proven experience working with financial products and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a structured and dynamic environment.
