Senior Specialist, Project Management

What You'll Do:

(a) Drive Project Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology and platform initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high quality and operational readiness.

(b) Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams to align on delivery milestones.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.

(c) Establish Delivery Best Practices

• Implement and maintain effective project governance, documentation, and reporting practices.
• Track project performance, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Continuously improve project management frameworks and processes.

(d) Support Platform Operations

• Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure stable platform operations and service delivery.
• Help establish operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital services.

(e) Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on project progress.
• Support prioritization and planning of strategic technology initiatives.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital platform projects.
• Experience working with engineering teams delivering APIs, cloud platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise systems.
• Experience managing complex integrations with partners, vendors, or financial institutions is a strong advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
