About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Project Strategy & Planning to support strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, acting as a key bridge between senior management's strategic priorities and on-the-ground project delivery. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, risk and compliance oversight, performance management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and within the organization's risk appetite.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee strategic project planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities
  • Act as a bridge between high-level strategy and project execution across multiple initiatives
  • Define project scope, success metrics, KPIs, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
  • Facilitate project portfolio management and prioritization based on value and resource availability
  • Implement and strengthen risk and compliance tools within GPAFM (ORCO responsibilities 50% KPI weightage)
  • Review and provide advisory on risk and compliance policies and operational risk matters
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting for projects, performance, and compliance
  • Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring losses remain within approved risk appetite
  • Oversee division-wide performance management and reporting aligned with strategic objectives
  • Support People & Culture (P&C) initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
  • Curate and manage Group Propertyrelated data to support strategic decision-making
  • Produce regular reports summarizing project outcomes, performance metrics, and insights
  • Assist the Squad Lead in executing approved initiatives and translating strategy into actionable work plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes

  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, and portfolio management
  • Solid understanding of risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and mitigation practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage senior management
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities
  • Financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong negotiation capabilities
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and across functions
  • Good understanding of strategic imperatives, future trends, and service evolution
