What You'll Do:
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for various systems and platforms, including AI systems, chatbots, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members.
- Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, AI engineers, and data scientists to reproduce and debug reported issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to incorporate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with applying AI into testing.
