Senior Specialist, Quality Control

Our Quality Control team within Production is more than equal to the challenge of ensuring we comply with GMP, ISO and other requirements. We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques. We're so skilled in conducting build audit, enhanced functional testing or customer audit that we also deliver training on quality assurance systems to colleagues.
What you'll achieve:
As a Senior Specialist, you will execute inspections and maintain compliance records. You will support audits and assist in resolving quality issues. You will contribute to process improvements and training.

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and record results accurately.
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support training and continuous improvement activities.
- 1+ years of related experience
- Experience in quality control or inspection.
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn advanced quality techniques.
- Conduct internal quality risk assessments.
- Process improvement skill
- Basic background on networking
- Basic of software development.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical field or related discipline.
- Exposure to ISO standards; Six Sigma Yellow Belt a plus.
