ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.

NP Digital has been on an incredible upward trajectory globally since its inception and has recently opened offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines in the past year to spearhead its expansion in APAC. Malaysia have been identified as key market to elevate NP Digital's SEO capabilities and fuel business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in SEO and take your career to the next level. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position with strong potential for growth within the organization as we scale across APAC.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an SEO Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of SEO accounts across multiple markets in APAC, ranging from startups/SMBs to Enterprises
• Delivery of the scope-of-work agreed with clients
• Implementation of data-backed SEO strategies to maximize business results
• Reporting on SEO performance
• Delivery and success of client KPIs under the supervision of NP Digital's APAC SEO Manager
• Key relationships will include NP Digital Prospects and Clients across APAC, NP Digital SEO Team regionally and globally, NP Digital team in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore

ABOUT YOU

You're a high achiever, with an ambition and drive to achieve success for your clients, your team and yourself. We would also like you to possess and demonstrate:

• 3-5 Years experience in organic search, within an agency environment preferred
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Majestic, STAT, BrightEdge, etc. to analyze organic search and make specific recommendations supported by data
• Experience in executing the following SEO deliverables & tasks:
• Developing a holistic SEO strategy across different verticals
• Technical SEO audits to identify technical & structural issues, as well as recommend improvements and fixes
• In-depth keyword research and mapping
• On-page audits & optimisation such as metadata development
• Content ideation, planning, and optimisation
• Competitive, keyword and content gap analysis
• Off-page strategies such as link partnership identification & management
• Strong knowledge of data analytics is required for this role
• Track record in establishing excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
• An independent and pioneering attitude. You're a self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
