About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and delivering customized Cash Management solutions to meet clients business and working capital needs. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Squads, and internal stakeholders to support portfolio growth, strengthen client relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
- Build deep understanding of customers business needs, operational footprint, and decision-making processes
- Take the lead in identifying clients working capital needs, engaging key decision makers, developing solutions, and leading pitches with target customers
- Plan and execute customer engagement strategies to remain the primary point of contact for customers and Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Drive utilization and growth of assigned Cash Management portfolio, including existing and new customers
Sales & Marketing
- Engage new customers and design customized solutions involving Cash Management products and services according to their business needs
- Conduct discussions with customers to identify cash management requirements and operational challenges
- Develop innovative solutions and ideas to meet customer needs, including preparation of client proposals and presentation materials
- Execute customer value propositions, proposals, solutions, and product bundling initiatives for target customers
- Work closely with Business Circles, Product Squads, and Service Partner/Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of customized solutions
- Create and maintain accurate pipeline reports to track sales activities and conversion opportunities
- Conduct and coordinate product training sessions and client events where required
People & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders, especially GCBB/CCM Relationship Managers, Product Squads, Service Partner/Operations teams, and Branches to drive origination and sales initiatives
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and identified gaps to internal stakeholders including GTB Product Squads and Service Partner/Operations teams for continuous improvement
- Organize and conduct regular account planning sessions and business reviews with GCBB/CCM Relationship Managers
Governance
- Comply strictly with the Bank's product guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes as issued and reviewed by respective Product and Policy owners
- Ensure full adherence to BNM guidelines and the Bank's internal policies, including all mandatory e-Learning requirements such as Management of Customer Information & Permitted Disclosure, Personal Data Protection, Responsible Financing, Fair Treatment of Financial Customers, and Imposition of Fees and Charges on Financial Products and Services
- Maintain strong governance practices and consistently achieve good audit ratings
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or related financial services functions
- Strong business development, client engagement, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of Cash Management products, working capital solutions, and banking operations
- Strong analytical, presentation, and proposal development capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance standards within the banking industry
