About The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Specialist, Transaction Banking Corporate & Commercial Cash Sales 2 to join our Transaction Banking team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer engagement, solutioning, and portfolio growth across corporate and commercial clients. You will play a key role in identifying working capital needs, leading client pitches, and delivering customized cash management solutions while working closely with relationship managers and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Build deep understanding of customers business needs, footprint, and decision-making processes
  • Take the lead in identifying client working capital requirements, engaging key decision-makers, developing solutions, and leading client pitches
  • Plan and execute customer engagements, acting as a key point of contact for customers and Relationship Managers
  • Attain full ownership of cash utilization and growth for the assigned portfolio, including existing and new customers

Sales & Marketing

  • Engage new customers and design customized solutions using Cash Management products and services
  • Conduct discussions with customers to identify cash management needs and business requirements
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs, including preparation of proposals and presentation materials
  • Execute client value propositions, proposals, solutions, and product bundling for target customers
  • Work closely with Business Circles, Product Squads, and Service Partner / Operations to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions
  • Create and maintain accurate pipeline reports to track sales activities and close deal opportunities
  • Conduct or coordinate product training sessions and client events when required

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders including GCBB/CCM RMs, Product Squads, Service Partner / Operations, and Branches to drive origination and sales initiatives
  • Provide feedback on market developments, competitor capabilities, and gaps to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Organize and conduct regular account planning sessions and portfolio reviews with GCBB/CCM RMs

Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's product guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Fully adhere to BNM guidelines and all mandatory Bank e-Learning requirements, including customer information management, personal data protection, responsible financing, fair treatment of financial customers, and governance on fees and charges
  • Consistently achieve strong audit outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, corporate/commercial banking, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cash management products, working capital solutions, and client engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to manage portfolios, lead client discussions, and drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to clients
