About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Trade Systems and Delivery Channels to join our Transaction Banking team at RHB. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our existing suite of Trade Finance products, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with client needs. You will also drive innovation by conceptualizing, developing, and launching new Trade Finance solutions to meet evolving market demands, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage the existing Trade Finance product portfolio to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Drive the development and launch of new Trade Finance solutions in response to market trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, risk, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of products
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure products are aligned with current compliance standards
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements to optimize customer experience
- Support business growth initiatives through innovative trade solutions and effective product management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 - 9 years of experience in Trade Finance product management, transaction banking, or related fields
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, regulations, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver business-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the Malaysian capital markets and regulatory environment is a plus
