The role executes reward cycles, benchmarking, benefits administration, and reporting — ensuring they run accurately, on time, and in line with policy and the broader rewards strategy set by the Head of Rewards.

Purpose / Summary

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Execute the annual compensation review cycle (salary, bonus), including data preparation, system setup, calibration support, and manager guidance.

  • Prepare materials and analysis for remuneration committee and board submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Run market benchmarking submissions and analysis, mapping roles to survey data and maintaining pay range references.
  • Administer benefits programmes and liaise with vendors on enrolment, claims, renewals, and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Support incentive plan administration, including short- and long-term incentive payout calculations and validation against plan rules.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy across HRIS and producing regular reports and dashboards.
  • Respond to escalated employee and manager queries on pay and benefits, applying policy consistently.
  • Assist with reward governance, documentation, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Working knowledge of relevant employment and remuneration regulations.
  • Relevant certification (e.g. GRP, CCP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Desired Competencies / Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data, particularly with sensitive executive pay information.
  • Good stakeholder management and clear communication with managers and senior leaders.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple processes concurrently.
  • Service-oriented and collaborative.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based in Singapore, with hybrid flexibility per company policy.
  • Standard business hours, with extended hours during peak reward cycles.
