Support and drive key transformation initiatives across the Group, focusing on process re-engineering, digitalization, and operational scalability. The role requires strong project management discipline, stakeholder engagement, data analysis capability, and the ability to translate business issues into structured solutions and executable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation projects;
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking in alignment with PMO standards;
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation and inter-department dependencies to meet project objectives.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and propose redesigns to improve TAT, productivity, and customer experience;
- Track project benefits delivery (cost savings, FTE efficiency, productivity uplift and TAT improvement).
- Assist in business requirement documentation, user stories, UAT planning and progress tracking.
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder coordination included Business, Operations, IT, Finance, Group Procurement and etc.
- Prepare senior management materials
This role is critical to support the Transformation Portfolio's expanding and ensure sustainability of Group's agenda. The Manager will serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that transformation continues to progress despite resource constraints.
