Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Maximize Product Profitability: Take global ownership of GaN Product yields and implement strategies to boost portfolio margins (Yield, shrink, Datasheet improvement,...).
- Cross-Functional Yield Optimization: Lead collaborative yield-improvement initiatives across Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) operations.
- Technical Cost Reduction: Direct technical TTR (Test Time Reduction) activities in FE and BE to enhance cost-efficiency and product value.
- Supply Chain Continuity: Partner with R&D, supply chain, and operations teams on lot dispositioning to maintain a seamless production flow.
- NPI Integration: Collaborate with R&D during the development phase to ensure high-quality handovers and long-term product sustainability.
- Team up with Quality, R&D and other function to support customer requests.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Technical Expertise: A Master's degree with 5+ years or A Bachelor degree with 8+ years of proven impact in semiconductor technology (ideally GaN). You don't just understand FE operations; you know how to leverage technology development to push production boundaries.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You possess the analytical skills to dive into complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and-most importantly-turn those conclusions into concrete business results.
- Analytics Power-User: You are hands-on with data analysis tools and methodologies, using them as a baseline to predict trends and solve yield challenges before they escalate.
- Matrix Navigator : A leader with a track record of mobilizing cross-functional teams. You succeed at aligning stakeholders across a global matrix organization, turning competing priorities into a unified strategy for product success.
