Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Ensure compliance with control plan deployment and regularly review quality controls for relevancy.
- Sustain production lines by handling nonconformance issues through DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR, and Red/Yellow Tag systems, while driving continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance and drive quality improvements based on internal and external KPIs, including SPC and Cpk monitoring.
- Moderate and compile 8D reports for internal and external complaints.
- Conduct regular audits on production floor compliance and follow up on findings.
- Review documentation (specifications, FMEA, etc.) to ensure alignment with actual practices.
- Support inprocess quality monitoring for new product introductions (Safe Launch) or process changes (GCM).
- Assist in risk assessments for internal and external nonconformance, as well as for process change projects (GCM).
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging technology.
- Positive personality, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with 8D methodology.
- Proficient in 7QC tools, FMEA, and SPC tools.
- Knowledge of reliability assessment methods.
- Understanding of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 requirements.
- Knowledge of direct material supplier processes.
