Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage the unit Process Development project office for technology-to-process work packages supporting technology development and transfer initiatives.
• Coordinate with Process Development, Project Managers, and Technology Developers to plan, organize, and deliver work package outcomes in accordance with defined standards.
• Represent Unit Process Development in milestone previews and release gates; ensure deliverables meet readiness and quality criteria.
• Govern UPDS (Unit Process Documentation Sheets) as well as Operational Model framework: define standards, track completeness, and drive on-time delivery aligned to project milestones.
• Implement and sustain business processes for tool and process roadmaps, resource planning, and milestone governance (preview/release).
• Initiate and lead automation and digitalization of project office workflows as well as
• Operational Model digital framework; establish metrics, improve cycle time, and enhance data integrity and transparency.
• Partner with Divisions, Technology, Production, Quality, and Planning to align plans, manage dependencies and risks, and remove execution blockers
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Semiconductor Device Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Proven experience running a project office or managing complex programs in an engineering/manufacturing environment, with structured methods and milestone/gate governance.
• Strong documentation discipline; ability to drive timely, complete deliverables (UPDS or equivalent).
• Hands-on digitalization and data automation: translate business processes into digital workflows (e.g. Python/SQL, Out systems), build dashboards (e.g. Tableau); integrate data and project systems with clear data quality and traceability controls.
• Familiarity with applied AI or machine learning for operations and documentation; able to scope use cases and ensure validation and governance.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear communication across functions and levels; high ownership, resilience, and a quality-first mindset
