Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Application Maintenance / Production Support (L3) specialist to support Silverlake Core Banking applications.
The role focuses on production incident management, application troubleshooting, and ensuring system stability & availability within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 Production Support for Silverlake Core Banking applications
- Manage and resolve production incidents & service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Monitor system performance and optimize application stability
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Maintain and enhance applications using RPG, COBOL & Java
- Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with banking operational & security standards
- Participate in problem management activities to reduce recurring issues
Required Skills
- 6–9 years experience in Core Banking Production Support / Application Maintenance
- Strong hands-on experience in Silverlake Core Banking
- Expertise in AS400 / DB2 environment
- Programming knowledge in RPG, COBOL & Java
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience in incident & problem management processes
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Linux / Windows environments
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change & Release Management
- Understanding of banking workflows & transaction processing
- Experience with monitoring or automation tools
- Background in Core Banking L3 support teams
