Scope of Work:
- Perform system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and provide user support during platform transitions.
- Maintain and enhance computer systems by adding new features, upgrading infrastructure, and applying system updates to improve security and performance.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement new processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure stable operations.
- Gather user requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create clear documentation, workflows, and diagrams to support system logic and operational understanding.
- Optimize core processes to enhance business efficiency and operational agility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a .NET environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preference: Locals or Permanent Residents
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Good understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
- Ability to convert requirements into design concepts, process flows, and functional specifications
- Familiar with software engineering best practices
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred / Optional Experience
- Experience with XML, Excel, and CSV data file processing and MySQL queries
- Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Microsoft SQL Database, and web services is an advantage
