Senior System Operator (Japanese Proficiency Required)

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor and control computer systems for Cloud.
• Ensure system uptime of all systems.
• Manage job scheduling, backups, and restores.
• Provide support for disaster recovery plans.

Need to Do:

• Monitor system performance.
• Schedule and run jobs.
• Perform system backups and restores.
• The position requires round-the-clock (24x7) support availability to maintain operational continuity.

• Application systems and operations.
• Job scheduling and backup procedures.
• Disaster recovery plans and procedures.

Need to Be:

• Detail-oriented and vigilant in system monitoring.
• Skilled in managing AS400 and Cloud operations.
• Prepared to support disaster recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 1 year's working experience preferred.
• Sound experience in AS/400, Control M, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud and Windows PC operations.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a mandatory requirement for this role.
