Manage and optimize application environments across development, testing, and mock production stages.
Monitor platform performance, capacity indicators, and system interfaces to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.
Build robust operational automation and process enhancements using modern scripting techniques and APIs.
Execute software maintenance, system patching, and SSL certificate management.
Investigate and resolve complex middleware, infrastructure, and application incidents.

skills and experience required.

At least 6 years of technical experience in Linux or Unix system administration and middleware support.
Strong competency in Java, Python, Shell scripting, and REST APIs for operational automation.
Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
Familiarity with database troubleshooting across Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL using SQL queries.
Exposure to monitoring platforms like Geneos or Splunk, containerization, and microservices architecture.
