Your Role in VT Markets
We are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to take on the challenge for the full recruitment cycle specifically for Malaysia & Singapore hiring. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, manage candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.

- Abletoholdconversationwithadiverselevelofcandidateexperience-volumehiringvsexecutivelevel/confidentialsearchcandidate.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in recruitment is ideal.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:- Developandimplementeffectivesourcingstrategiesusingjobboards,socialmedia,networking,andemployeereferrals.
- Managefull-cyclerecruitment:sourcing,screening,interviewing,coordinatinginterviews,andextendingjoboffers.
- Buildandmaintainapipelineofqualifiedcandidatesforfutureopenings.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
