Your Role in VT Markets

We are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to take on the challenge for the full recruitment cycle specifically for Malaysia & Singapore hiring. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, manage candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Prior experience in hiring within the CFD industry will be a huge plus but not compulsory.
• Be a business partner and not just a resume factory by giving insight to the hiring managers on the real-world situation.
• Able to hold conversation with a diverse level of candidate experience - volume hiring vs executive level / confidential search candidate.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in recruitment is ideal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
