About The Role

You'll lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and influence hiring outcomes across all levels—from early career to executive leadership.
  • This is a strategic, high‑impact role within our Talent Acquisition function, focused on delivering best‑in‑class sourcing, hiring, and workforce solutions across the business.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage large‑scale recruitment programs and creative hiring campaigns
  • Source top talent through social media, professional networks, and innovative channels
  • Deliver both internal and external hiring solutions aligned to business priorities
  • Design, implement, and train teams on recruitment enhancements and best practices
  • Partner with leaders to educate and guide on staffing strategies, compliance, and career planning
  • Track recruiting metrics and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and coach junior Talent Acquisition partners, raising capability across the team
  • Recruit across a broad range of roles, from entry‑level to senior executive positions
  • Influence senior stakeholders by communicating complex ideas and guiding decision‑making
  • Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans that support functional goals
  • Lead by example, consistently modeling CBRE RISE values


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • (Equivalent experience and education will be considered)
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and go beyond standard recruitment solutions
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes that impact the business
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with a curious, analytical, and consultative mindset
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability, including interpreting recruitment and business metrics
