Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional to join our growing HR team based in Kota Damansara.

The successful candidate will be appointed as Executive or Senior Executive level depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifestyle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment support and advice.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen our talent attraction efforts.
HR Operations
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by aligning them with company culture, including getting ready the onboarding materials such as company laptop, company phone, company shirts, company namecards etc.
- Oversee HR systems, maintain accurate employee / HR records, and prepare HR analytics.
- Provide HR support for employee lifecycle processes, from hiring to exit.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
- Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and a strong positive workplace culture to boost morale and productivity by organizing monthly Townhall, monthly TGIF events, team-building activities, workshops, and cultural programs.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support in implementing workplace policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained working environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage the overall office maintenance related matters, including fire systems, lift systems, cctv systems, copier machines, cleaning services, and etc.
- Manage office supplies, including source, plan, purchase and control of stationery, pantry and toiletries supplies.
- Fully in charge of monitoring the validity of company operation related licenses, such as renewal of yearly business license, building insurance, etc.
- Fully in charge of the company car usage including managing the maintenance of company vehicles, such as scheduled maintenance servicing and routine car wash arrangements.
- Process daily office operation related monthly invoices to ensure on time payment by performing information checking, which included the monthly payment for company wifi, telco, office maintenance servicing, etc.
- Handle correspondence, document filling, and administrative reporting.
- Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to end-to-end recruitment with the ability to independently manage recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in Recruitment Agency or Headhunter Firm will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Odoo System, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will be an added advantage.
