Senior Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual who is energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow to join our team.

Successful candidate will be responsible to: -

• Assume a high level of responsibilities of tax advisory and compliance controls.
• Manage portfolio of clients, job scheduling and planning to meet tax deadline.
• Leading, managing and developing an effective tax team.
• Think strategically about client's needs by understanding their business and key risks.
• Providing additional help and guidance to the clients on a consultancy basis.
• Develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and deliver added values.
• Ability to work independently and render all aspects of tax duties & functions.
• To provide training and coaching to tax team members.

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant accounting qualifications or currently pursuing professional examinations.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field.
• Team player with good technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• High Integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
• Good technical knowledge on tax laws, rulings and case laws is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.
