You will provide strong product leadership within your scope, helping shape direction, driving clarity, and ensuring high execution standards across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Track partner updates and plans, and explain what they mean for our product and company (risks, opportunities, and recommended actions).
  • Run partner-led initiatives end-to-end: define scope, align priorities, coordinate delivery, support launch, and review results.
  • Support contract and agreement reviews with relevant stakeholders and leadership to ensure we are aligned and compliant.
  • Share partner insights and performance results (usage, quality, impact) to guide product and business decisions.
  • Prepare clear updates and materials (slides, reports, proposals) for leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure deliverables leads to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize integration opportunities (CRMs, automation platforms, commerce, calendars, etc.) based on customer value, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Own delivery end-to-end for Respond.io's integrations: PRDs, planning, execution support, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of existing integrations: what they support, limits/constraints, key use cases, and common edge cases.
  • Be the internal go-to person & SME for integrations, supporting teams with decisions, troubleshooting, and technical clarity.
  • Work closely with Engineering on technical decisions (APIs, webhooks, limits), and ensure documentation is clear and usable.
  • Support the Technical AI function by owning PRDs/projects that improve Core AI and AI-powered use cases.
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure deliverables leads to measurable outcomes.

Shared responsibilities

  • Be a well-rounded and well-seasoned senior PM, supporting the Team Lead and Head of Department as needed through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and helping unblock issues across product areas.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and avoid surprises.
  • Contribute to product planning and decisions, ensuring work supports company goals and business priorities.
  • Stay strongly user-focused, prioritizing real customer problems and measurable outcomes over outputs or internal convenience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and modern practices , including discovery, prioritization, and delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, aligning cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards without direct authority.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to balance technical depth with strategic communication.
  • Customer-focused and insight-driven mindset, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
