About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract Staffing to join our growing recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring technical professionals, managing end-to-end recruitment, and delivering quality candidates within tight timelines. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy working closely with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Handle technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Digital, SAP, Data, Cloud and other technology roles.
• Specialise in contract staffing and contingent workforce recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and drive the recruitment process to closure.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual recruitment KPIs, submission and placement targets.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong and proven experience in Contract Staffing / Contract Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple skill sets.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian recruitment market.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
