Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Technical support of internal team, support of major problems, support of new products for big projects, Customer requirement feedback.
  2. Technical Training: Training of internal engineers and support of channel training at HQ. According to channel engineer ability arrange regular technical seminar.
  3. Team Development: Improve the technical ability of internal engineers according to the existing technical mode and status quo, supervise the internal engineers to complete the technical indicators, the technical mentoring of new employees, and the review of the technical training plan of channel suppliers.
  4. Platform Construction. Technical support materials localization, help with building regional technical support platform (training center, call center, etc.) Supporting research against local competitor

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;
  2. Experience: more than 5-year experience as service engineer, IT background preferred;
  3. Knowledge and skills: Good teaching, communication skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment
  4. Good written and spoken English
  5. Familiar with computer and office software
