Senior Technician Preventive Maintenance (Plating)

Troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve equipment downtime KPI targets

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve equipment downtime KPI targets
• Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure all PM records are accurately completed and updated (e-checklist and SAP)
• Support continuous improvement and maintenance projects aimed at improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), including speed, cost and quality performance
• Assist with new tool/equipment installation and commissioning as required, including setup support and handover readiness
• Maintain full compliance with Safety, 5S & Cleanroom protocols and promote a safe and disciplined work environment.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Must passed SPM, including subject Maths & English.
• Minimum 3-5 years workingcexperience in related Seminductor Plating process will be an added advantage.
• Experience in plating industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work 12 hours Shift (Day/Night).
