Responsible for sustaining & improving the wafer backend/coating process
Execute process engineering tasks & support production to meet process KPIs Output, Quality & Scrap Cost
Monitor, maintain and qualify process, equipment/tools/fixtures for production used
Perform periodic verification and process related disposition
Experience with wafer backend process is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff

Program, troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing process equipment as required to meet the required yield target
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industries, preferably 8 years experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
Good computer literacy, SPC & OPAC knowledge.
Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
Experience in semiconductor wafer backend manufacturing processes is preferred - Coating/Die Saw/Scribe/Cleave process
Assist engineers & perform any duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
