Senior Test Automation Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating test processes and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
• Develop and maintain testing plans and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and maintainability of the codebase.
• Analyze test results and provide insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in test automation engineering or software testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
