About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy for our internal FIT4Cloud (F4C) Integration Application. This role goes beyond traditional QA:

You will modernize, structure, and elevate our testing framework, enabling us to scale our product and integration testing capabilities in line with continuous delivery and ongoing F4C release cycles.

You will be the driving force behind building a future-proof testing ecosystemcovering the FIT4Cloud platform itself, its features, and the integrations we deliver across multiple HCM systems. This includes automation of regression testing, designing a sustainable test architecture, and ensuring testing excellence is embedded throughout our product lifecycle.

What You'll Do

1. Test Strategy & Framework Ownership

Own the full testing strategy for FIT4Cloud, covering functional, regression, integration, and

system-level testing.

Evaluate the current test framework and define a roadmap to significantly enhance scalability,

automation coverage, and maintainability.

Establish modern testing principles, best practices, and standards aligned with internal product

management needs.

2. Automation & Regression Testing

Lead the evolution of our automated regression test suite to support frequent releases and

rapid iteration.

Design automated test pipelines covering both:

o FIT4Cloud product features

o FIT4Cloud-to-3rd party integrations (including mapping logic, transformations,

sequencing, etc.)

Work closely with DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

3. Product-Centric Testing

Work deeply with Product Management to translate product roadmaps, feature requirements,

and integration scenarios into effective test strategies.

Ensure testing is an embedded part of our release management cycles, not an afterthought.

Validate end-to-end flows between cloud HCM systems and external systems in alignment with

business rules and integration logic.

4. Quality Governance & Continuous Improvement

Implement a quality governance model for the FIT4Cloud product and its integrations.

Introduce metrics, dashboards, and reporting to transparently track quality, risks, and release

readiness.

Identify quality gaps early and champion improvements across product, development, and

integration teams.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with developers, product managers, integration experts, and support teams to

ensure quality is central to decision-making.

Mentor internal team members on testing practices, automation, and quality mindset.

Act as the single point of accountability for testing across all FIT4Cloud initiatives.

Key preferred competencies

Experience with HCM platforms (Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

Background in enterprise integration testing (file-based integrations, APIs, event-driven flows).

Familiarity with Monday.com, Jira, GitHub workflows.

Understanding of SOC2 and ISO27001 considerations in testing and release processes.

What you will need:

7+ years experience in test management or senior QA roles, ideally within a SaaS or

integration-heavy product environment.

Proven experience creating or scaling a test automation framework from scratch or taking an

existing one to a mature state.

Strong expertise in automated regression testing, frameworks, and tools (e.g. Selenium,

Cypress, Playwright, API automation frameworks, etc.)

Solid understanding of cloud applications, integrations, APIs, and data transformation

workflows.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test deployments.

Excellent stakeholder communication skillscomfortable working with senior leadership.
