Senior Tooling Engineer

JOB SUMMARY With years experience to lead the development of innovative mold CAD/CAM system to exceed customer's requirement. Provide necessary tech instruction to achieve mold tech system efficiency which leads the peer industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan and establish tech standard of mold design development. · Responsible for mold design tech, process development& improvement. Establish the idealist mold design process to shorten developing period. · Practical implementation in new mold design tech development to ensure the developing projects hit the target. · Cooperate with CAD/CAM software to establish Auto Mold design system and thereafter system optimization to enhance Mold quality. · Responsible for training employee in operating Auto CAD/CAM system. · Plan and implement the documentation and knowledge system development for mold design system. · Check and confirm the soundness of mold CAD/CAM system operation manual. · Plan and implement new mold design system development. Apply developing resources outside of the company, analyze and establish mold design guidelines to achieve department target for new tech development. · Support mold CAD/CAM project progress and deploy the result to oversea sites. · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS · Great at with mold design process. · Great at CAD/CAM advanced operation. · Be capable of reading mold mechanical drawing.
