Trade Marketing Executive
Job description
- Responsible to drive profitable sales & category / brand share growth in category that is being assigned.
- Jointly develop & implement strategic short term to long-term business plan.
- Assist in building comprehensive trade & shopper activation plan to support business growth.
- Work with various stakeholders (especially brand & sales) to ensure excellent in all executions.
- Involve in coordination with stakeholders, develop & execute marketing calendar activations.
- Support in deep dive analysis which include category analysis, market trend, insights, competitor analysis to make recommendations.
- Maintain proper tracking & evaluation of Trade Marketing Investment.
- Assist, support & organize Below The Line activations
- Identify & develop necessary Point of Sales to increase presence in trade
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Business from a reputable University.
- Min 3 years working experience in trade marketing, sales or marketing, preferably from FMCG industries
- Working exposure and experiences gain from both local company and MNC before would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in competitive & mass categories.
- Written & verbal communication in English is a must, conversant in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & presentation skill.
- Good coordination skills with high level of responsibility & commitment
- Computer literate with moderate knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Proactive, self-drive, good team player and customer oriented
