Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyse internal and external market data (e.g., Nielsen, sales data) to create impactful sales stories and improve brand engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) ensuring accurate and effective brand communication.
- Assist in planning and monitoring channel strategies and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives.
- Maintain an updated promotion calendar and ensure smooth execution of campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and success of campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to evaluate trade marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Language
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory.
Requirement
- 24 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales within FMCG or retail industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data (e.g., Nielsen, sales performance reports).
- Proven experience coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Good knowledge of channel strategies, POSM development, and ROI-driven campaign planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
