Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Trade Marketing Executive to lead trade marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive sales performance across key channels. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute impactful trade strategies and promotions within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Analyse internal and external market data (e.g., Nielsen, sales data) to create impactful sales stories and improve brand engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) ensuring accurate and effective brand communication.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring channel strategies and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives.
  • Maintain an updated promotion calendar and ensure smooth execution of campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and success of campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to evaluate trade marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirement

  • 24 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales within FMCG or retail industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data (e.g., Nielsen, sales performance reports).
  • Proven experience coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Good knowledge of channel strategies, POSM development, and ROI-driven campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
