Job Description:
Seller Training & Education Performance Tracking:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes / content for new and existing sellers on the Shopee platform.
- Conduct webinars / workshops to educate sellers on best practices, tools, and features.
- Create training materials, including presentation decks, manuals, videos, and online resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of webinars / workshops
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data to measure the impact of training on seller performance and platform engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to stakeholders.
ShopeeXperts Programme Management:
- Own the end-to-end management for the programme including identifying and onboarding top-tier sellers to act as platform advocates and seller mentors.
- Foster a collaborative ecosystem where Xperts share best practices, lead webinars, and contribute to the Shopee University curriculum.
- Define and monitor programme performance OKRs for the program (e.g. supporting Shopee or Gov-led events / webinars / seller coaching / short-form videos / social media content)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field experience in the e-commerce industry and business development will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, community engagement, programme management, or a related area.
- Able to travel out-of-state for work-related reasons (including weekends as needed).
- Strong problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent team player and a drive to always deliver on OKRs
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa, the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin will be an added advantage to communicate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / similar Google Office Tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
