Job Description

Job Title: Senior Training Coordinator-HRDC

Location: Malaysia

Employment: Permanent

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days to office)

Sr. Training Coordinator

Responsible for daily administration, coordination, logistics, and reporting across assigned learning projects and program.

  • Autonomy: Applies sound judgement to address enquiries and resolve issues. Knows when to escalate and proactively manages tasks to ensure timely execution.
  • Influence: Collaborates effectively with colleagues, business partners, and stakeholders, building strong working relationships to meet shared goals.

  • HRDC E2E expertise: grant applications, claims, reclassification, appeals, vendor and provider liaison, and complex query management
  • Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Melayu

Role Activities

  • Lead end-to-end HRDC administration including grant and claim submissions, reclassification, appeals, reporting, and relationship management with HRDC liaisons.
  • Oversee program logistics including vendor coordination, payments, accruals, material management, and quality assurance.
  • Document and communicate program updates, decisions, and action items to project owners, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site or virtual event support to ensure smooth execution and a seamless learner experience.
  • Support business needs through stakeholder engagement, ensuring a solutions-focused and consultative approach.
  • Collect, interpret, and present data insights to support reporting, decision-making, and project tracking.
  • Contribute to project reviews by analyzing reports, KPIs, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
