Your Key Responsibilities

• Support Managers on inter-company transfer pricing engagements
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and perform industry research
• Undertake benchmarking studies and prepare transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in analysing, planning, and documenting related-party transactions involving goods, services, and tangible or intangible assets
• Review inter-company agreements and internal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Assist with transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP)
• Collaborate on cross-border transfer pricing projects with RSM firms internationally
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
  
  

Requirements

We are seeking motivated professionals with a solid foundation in transfer pricing and tax advisory services. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration, or similar level/subject
• More than 2 years of relevant transfer pricing or tax experience (Senior Associate level)
• Strong knowledge of OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines
• Excellent English language and report-writing skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Accredited Tax Professional (SCTP) qualification is an advantage
