Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement Digital Transformation

  • Analyze existing treasury processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose engineering-driven improvements.
  • Lead or support digitalization initiatives such as low-code automation, RPA, and smart workflows.
  • Promote technology adoption within the Treasury team and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Shared Services.

Treasury Data Governance Risk Controls

  • Implement automation to enhance internal controls around payments, approvals, and audit trails.
  • Support compliance with treasury-related policies and audit requests.
  • Assist in monitoring financial risks (liquidity, FX, counterparty).

Treasury Reporting Analytics

  • Partner with IT to develop dashboards and reporting tools for:
    • liquidity KPIs
    • funding and investment portfolios
    • FX exposures and hedge performance
    • working capital metrics
  • Support Treasury, Finance, IT and Leadership teams with automated reports and insights.
Treasury Data Engineering

  • Design, build, maintain Treasury Data Architecture framework to create a most optimized data collection to data processing, data processing to data analysis, data analysis to data reporting data workflow.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines for treasury data (balances, rates, statements, payments).
  • Develop data models that support treasury analytics and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across all financial systems.
  • Own and define Treasury internal communication terminology.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting.
  • Proficient with RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate Desktop).
  • Solid experience in Power Automate (Cloud Desktop).
  • Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design principles.
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of API integration, JSON, REST, and cloud-based services.
  • Experienced in finance Treasury related working experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL concepts, or automation frameworks.
  • Experience in process mapping (BPMN), Lean processes, or Six Sigma projects.
  • Certification in Python, RPA, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform.
