We're Hiring: Senior UAT / Manual Testing Specialist
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Malaysia (Onsite)
Visa Sponsorship Available
We are looking for an experienced Manual / UAT Testing professional with strong exposure to banking or LOS systems to support enterprise-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Test planning and test strategy definition
Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts based on FSD & SOW
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end validation
Coordinate with business users and stakeholders
Defect tracking, issue resolution, and UAT sign-off
Support change management and user adoption during testing
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience in manual / UAT testing
Strong exposure to banking / LOS systems (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with ownership and leadership
