The Opportunity

Shape the future of our product ecosystem. We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to champion our design system and craft elegant, impactful experiences that solve complex user problems. You'll be the cornerstone of our design quality, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a user-centric vision across all touchpoints.

You'll Own & Impact

• Design System Leadership:Evolve, govern, and scale our multi-product design system. Establish and maintain a robust library of documented, accessible Figma components.

• End-to-End Experience Design:Lead the design of intuitive user journeys for sophisticated workflowsfrom concept to high-fidelity prototypes and specifications.

• Strategic Collaboration:Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define problems, shape strategy, and advocate for user-centered solutions.

• Quality & Advocacy:Elevate design standards through mentorship, constructive critiques, and by promoting best practices in accessibility and systematic design thinking.
  
  

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of UX/UI design expertise, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.

• Proven mastery in developing and maintaining design systems in Figma at scale.

• A track record of designing and shipping clear, user-focused interfaces for intricate business applications.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
