We're Hiring: Senior Developer Unix/Shell (Wholesale Digital Banking)
Location: Tun Razak Exchange, KL

A great opportunity to join a highperformance Wholesale Digital Banking team, where you'll contribute to building secure, scalable, and enterprisegrade digital banking applications. This position is ideal for someone with strong Unix/Shell expertise and modern frontend development skills.
What You'll Do
Develop and enhance digital banking applications for Wholesale Banking
Build responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Support backend integrations and services within Oracle environments
Develop & maintain Unix/Shell scripts for batch jobs, automation & deployments
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Support deployments across HPUX, Linux, and Solaris platforms
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps & infrastructure teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros)
Ensure alignment with banking security, audit & regulatory requirements
Prepare technical documents, deployment notes & management reports
What We're Looking For
69 years of software development & production support experience
Strong handson skills in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience working on Unix systems (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
Ability to develop & maintain Shell scripts
Strong understanding of Oracle SQL
Skilled in troubleshooting, performance tuning & rootcause analysis
Familiarity with SDLC, change management & Agile delivery
Strong analytical, communication & problemsolving abilities
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Java, JSP, Spring Framework, XML
Experience with AEM, TeamSite, or other WCM platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines & automation
Background working in Agile squads
Understanding of reporting workflows within banking systems
