About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across the APAC region. This role requires a technical expert who can take full ownership of regional SEO strategies, managing end-to-end delivery for multiple languages and markets.

You will be responsible for partnering with Web, Content, and local marketing teams to enhance rankings, traffic, and conversions for our products. From foundational technical fixes to high-level content orchestration, you will ensure our digital presence is optimized for diverse search behaviors across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own APAC SEO: Build and deliver the regional SEO plan across priority markets (e.g., EN plus one or more others: TH/VI/ID/MS/ZH/JA/KR), balancing quick wins and foundational fixes.
  • Technical excellence: Conduct comprehensive audits using tools like SEMrush; fix resolve crawl/index issues, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, sitemaps, canonicalization, hreflang; spec changes and collaborate with developers through release & QA.
  • On-page & content ops: Develop keyword clusters and strategic briefs to optimize product and educational pages, ensuring all localized content aligns with search intent and regulatory compliance.
  • Data & reporting: Monitor GSC and SEMrush KPIs; build and maintain performance dashboards, and and lead fortnightly stakeholder syncs to provide clear progress updates and prioritize workflows.
  • Experiment & iterate: Lead A/B testing for metadata and internal link modules, deploy schema markup, and pilot AI-assisted clustering while upholding rigorous editorial and quality standards.
  • Partnerships: Coordinate with agencies for digital PR and white-hat link-earning campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are regionally relevant and contribute to domain authority.

What We're Looking For

  • 35+ years of relevant experience in technical and on-page SEO, specifically managing large-scale, multi-language websites.
  • Exceptional skills with native or professional fluency in English; proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is highly advantageous for regional stakeholder collaboration.
  • A logical, data-driven thinker with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic (GSC) and keyword rankings (SEMrush) within highly competitive niches.
  • Strong technical proficiency with SEO and analytics suites, including SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, Screaming Forg, and GTM, alongside experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or headless).
  • Expertise in multi-regional SEO requirements, including hreflang implementation and a deep understanding of APAC search behavior and seasonality.
  • Advantageous to have professional experience in the finance services industry, and/or technical proficiency in programmatic SEO and advanced data analysis (SQL/Python), and/or a proven track record of coordinating external agency partners across multiple geographical markets.
