Service Administrator (Contract, Remote Role) to provide essential administrative and operational support to the service team at a leading global engineering and industrial solutions company. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Employment Type: Contract role (5 months) with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Support the issuance and processing of purchase orders (POs)
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of service-related documents
- Assist in handling basic customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Compile and prepare engineer service reports
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
