Job Summary
We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking Service Advisor to support customers in the mobile technology industry. In this role, you will assist customers with service-related inquiries, provide product support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and be willing to relocate to Penang.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support through phone, email, or chat regarding mobile devices and related services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty information, and service requests.
- Deliver accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, service procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or service advisory roles is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding or interest in mobile devices and technology.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer issues efficiently.
- Willing to relocate to Penang (Livingston Tower).
