Responsibilities
Attend to customers need for servicing/repairing of vehicles
Required to establish total customer care standards of the Service Centres
Provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles
Ensure effective implementation of customer retention activities
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Certificate or Equivalent.
Required skill(s): Driving Licence.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin/Hokkien speaking applicants are encouraged to apply)
Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim, Perai and Penang.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizen and open to all races.
Internship duration of 3 month(s) - with transport allowance
