This is an on-site, full-time position located in Bandar Baru Bangi as a Service Advisor for Proton e.Mas. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to aftersales services, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and providing clear communication throughout the service experience. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed effectively. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of Aftersales processes and the ability to coordinate service delivery efficiently.

• Proficiency in managing schedules and documentation systems.
• Experience in the automotive industry or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Studies, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
