As rehabilitation technology in Malaysia grows, we are strengthening our technical support team to ensure hospitals, rehab centres, and therapists receive fast, structured, and reliable service support.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join Medi Lifesports Malaysia.

This role is the control centre of our technical operations coordinating installations, preventive maintenance, service cases, spare parts, and engineer scheduling across Malaysia.

You will work closely with our biomedical engineers, warehouse team, and international principals from Europe and global manufacturers.

Role Description

This is an on site contract role for a Service Coordinator based in Shah Alam. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day to day service operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering outstanding customer support. Tasks may include scheduling, handling inquiries, liaising between departments, and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities

25 years experience in service coordination or technical support (medical device preferred).

  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on detail and responsiveness.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Good planning, documentation, and communication skills

Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
