Job Description
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Welcomed guests and Googlers warmly, providing professional assistance with inquiries, dietary requirements, and wayfinding.
- Maintained a calm, approachable, and service-oriented attitude, especially during peak meal periods.
- Supported food-line operations through portioning, plating, serving, and replenishing food items.
Station Setup & Maintenance
- Prepared and maintained beverage stations, salad bars, snack counters, condiment stations, and other assigned service areas.
- Ensured service stations remained clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentable throughout service.
- Monitored food, utensils, supplies, signage, and menu cards, replenishing items promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Dining Area & Cleanliness
- Maintained cleanliness and organization of dining areas by wiping tables, arranging seating, and collecting used trays and utensils.
- Sanitized high-touch surfaces and followed established cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures.
- Assisted back-of-house and dishwashing teams during peak periods as required.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Assisted supervisors with meal-line checks, including food temperatures, allergen information, menu cards, food presentation, and overall service standards.
- Adhered to HACCP, EHS, and Sodexo food safety, health, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
- Used appropriate PPE and maintained uniform and personal hygiene in accordance with company requirements.
Teamwork & Service Excellence
- Collaborated with culinary, FOH, and BOH teams to maintain efficient service flow and a positive guest experience.
- Communicated proactively with supervisors regarding assignments, stock requirements, operational needs, and guest feedback.
- Participated actively in daily briefings, shift huddles, team meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or vocational certificate.
• Food Handling, Food Safety, HACCP, or ServSafe certificate is a plus.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or quick-service environments.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or high-volume settings is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable with handling and serving alcoholic beverages as part of the role.
