Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure service delivery across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and expertise in escalation handling, process improvement, automation, and financial governance. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to manage global teams and ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10+ years in IT Infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in service delivery management.
• Proven experience in managing global teams and large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud, Virtualization).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL).
• Business Skills:
• Financial management and budgeting experience.
• Resource and contract management expertise.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
